GROWING VISION: My strength as a pastor has been to help the church family recognize their strengths, understand the community, and provide the imagination to become a “Innovative Church”. I have been giving gifts as a “change agent” for His kingdom. When helping the individuals realize and understand their strengths, their community; we then need to cultivate an atmosphere of love and acceptance. I provide the leadership to build mutual confidence and respect within leadership. Through my ministry and secular business experience, I am strategic in providing leadership direction to formulate plans which identifies the direction, and designs steps to achieve ministry goals and change.

Experienced with helping Corporate Boards to develop and implement annual budgets, policies and with the execution and management of vision implementation. .
TECHNICAL: Blueprint Reading, Quality Management, Project Management, Proposal Preparation and Presentation, 18 years Engineering, Architecture, and Facility Improvement Experience, Sales and Fund Raising in Private and Public Setting, Strong computer and presentation skills.
