 God has graciously equipped me with gifts in leadership, service, communication, counseling, teaching, and administration, giving me opportunities to serve others in full-time ministry. My experiences in youth and college ministry, public service, engineering, and management have allowed me to connect with and positively impact people from many different walks of life.

God has planted within me a deep zeal to love and care for people and a desire to see each person through His eyes. I believe ministry begins by meeting people where they are—with compassion, grace, truth, and the transforming power of God’s Word.

I have a deep hunger to faithfully communicate the message of Scripture with accuracy, clarity, and fervor. My desire is to help people know Christ, grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and experience the hope and transformation found in Him.

 My goal is to build a ministry team where people are mentored, equipped, encouraged, and discipled as they continue to grow in Christ and develop their calling in ministry. I believe healthy ministry flows from healthy leaders who are growing spiritually, serving faithfully, and working together with a shared passion for Christ and His Church.

One of my greatest strengths is shepherding and caring for the people I serve alongside. I enjoy investing in staff and ministry leaders, helping them discover, develop, sharpen, and faithfully use the gifts and abilities God has given them. My desire is not simply to lead people, but to walk alongside them, encourage their growth, and help them become the leaders God has called them to be.

  I believe the staff and I should approach ministry with a willing expectation and a genuine passion to share the love of God with those around us. Together, we should communicate, embrace, and support the faith-filled vision and mission of the church.

I enjoy helping staff and ministry leaders see beyond their individual roles and discover how their gifts contribute to the larger mission of the church. Ministry is most effective when we serve together as one team, encouraging one another and pursuing a shared vision for reaching people and making disciples.

I believe leaders should be equipped, trusted, and empowered to lead. Once ministry teams understand the mission and are equipped for the task, it is important to give them the freedom and responsibility to pursue that mission with creativity, ownership, and excellence. My role is to provide vision, encouragement, support, and accountability while allowing others to flourish in the ministry God has entrusted to them.

 As a Senior Pastor, I believe one of my primary responsibilities is the spiritual nurturing and well-being of the staff. Our effectiveness as spiritual leaders flows from who we are as people—our character, our integrity, and the depth of our relationship with Jesus Christ.

As a spiritual team, we should seek by God’s grace to live lives of integrity, faithfully growing in Christ each day. We owe this not only to the church we serve, but also to our families, our fellow leaders, and ultimately to the Lord. Who we are privately will always influence how we lead publicly.

Together, the staff should oversee and support the practical ministries of the church while remaining firmly grounded in prayer and the ministry of the Word. I encourage and cultivate a culture where we pray together, seek God’s direction together, and depend upon His wisdom rather than simply our own abilities. As a pastor and spiritual leader, I also have a responsibility to help ensure that our staff has a firm grasp of sound biblical doctrine and that our ministry remains faithful to the truth of Scripture.

I believe a healthy staff should advance the unity of the church. Our unity strengthens our witness, and our witness advances the cause of the Gospel. We should work together to welcome people into the fellowship of the church, help them discover where they belong, and encourage them to become actively involved in the life and ministry of the church.

Finally, I believe ministry is built on relationships. As a staff, we should intentionally build relationships with one another, offer encouragement, celebrate one another’s victories, carry one another’s burdens, and help each other grow. When a ministry team genuinely loves Christ and loves one another, that unity becomes a powerful testimony to the church and to the community we are called to serve.knowledge, enjoy ministry and have a blast while serving.
