Intro for Marshall Jackman
Pastor Passion
My gifts with joy, service, communication, counseling, teaching and business has allowed me the opportunity to serve in full time ministry. My involvement in youth and college ministries, public office, engineering and management has allowed me to touch a multitude of lives. God has planted zeal to love and care for all people. He has given me the desire to see individuals through His eyes. I want to meet individuals on their level with God's grace and Word. I hunger to share His message with accuracy and fervor.
Leadership Passion
My goal is to build a ministry team where they are mentored, equipped and discipled in their continued desire to grow in Christ and ministry. Shepherding and loving my staff (ministry team) has been my strength along with helping the staff discover, sharpen and utilize their gifts and abilities.
Sharing The Love Of God
The staff and I should have with a willing expectation to intimately share the love of God. We should communicate and support the faith-vision within the church. I enjoy expanding staff’s expectations about participating in the church mission as a team. It is important to set ministry teams free to get on with the mission .
Unity and Stiving
As a Senior Pastor I focus on the spiritual nurturing and well being of the staff. As a Spiritual Team (Staff) our effectiveness as spiritual leaders grows out of who we are as people, our character, and the extent to which we follow Jesus Christ. As a general principle, we owe it to our families and to the church to seek by God's grace to live as men and women of integrity, seeking to grow in Christ every day.
As a Spiritual Team (Staff) together we oversee and support the practical ministries to people along with concentrating on prayer and the ministry of the Word. I encourage and cultivate faithfulness in praying as a staff together. I am responsible to assist the staff with a firm grasp of sound doctrine.
The staff should advance the unity of a Church. Our unity should advance the cause of evangelism and we need to strive to integrate members of the church into the fellowship and the ministries of the church.
As a staff we to build relationships with each other, offer encouragement to each other, discovering and help meet special needs, and finally uphold each other in prayer. I look for ways to help staff grow in knowledge, enjoy ministry and have a blast while serving.
